VARCHAFEST 2026
Sevan Festival City · August 21–22, 2026
Varchafest 2026 took place at Sevan Festival City on the shores of Lake Sevan — the established event destination also known as the annual home of Sevan Startup Summit.
Presented by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia with the support of the Government of Armenia, Varchafest was created as a two-day music competition and festival dedicated to discovering and supporting emerging musical talent.
More than 100 bands from Armenia and abroad applied to participate. Following a professional selection process, 20 finalist bands were selected to perform at Varchafest, alongside established Armenian artists including Kami Friends, Lav Eli, and other leading acts. The festival unfolded across two stages, combining the competition program with live concerts, electronic music, entertainment, and audience experiences throughout two full summer days.
Gravity Production was responsible for the complete organization and production of Varchafest 2026 — from creative development and planning to full on-site execution.
Our scope covered creative direction, festival concept development, technical production, stage and site planning, logistics, artist and program coordination, operational management, audience flow, safety coordination, entertainment and activation planning, as well as the overall management of the festival environment.
The event was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, government representatives and other senior officials.
Set against the landscape of Lake Sevan, Varchafest brought together emerging musicians, established artists and audiences within one large-scale festival environment — combining music, competition, entertainment and community.
From concept to execution, Gravity Production brought the creative, technical, logistical and organizational components together into one integrated festival experience.
